At hand2mind, a family-owned company with over 60 years of experience in inspiring learning through play, we are seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our growing team. As part of the Customer Support department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to both teachers and families.
Your Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Solve problems related to product usage and order issues
- Provide accurate and timely information about our educational products
- Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and concerns
- Document interactions and maintain detailed records for future reference
What You Bring
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within an educational setting or retail environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people
