What You'll Do

• Greet clients and patients with professionalism and warmth at the front desk
• Schedule appointments, manage call-backs, and handle client inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation
• Communicate appointment details, care instructions, and clinic policies clearly and compassionately
• Assist the clinical team in supporting seamless daily operations
• Process payments and handle basic financial transactions
• Support clinic initiatives around preventive care, wellness programs, and client education
