About the Role

As a senior-level quantitative analytics professional, you'll leverage advanced analytical techniques and modeling expertise to deliver insights that inform critical business decisions. Working within our data, modeling, and analytics team, you'll partner with stakeholders across the organization to solve complex challenges through rigorous quantitative methods, translating analytical findings into actionable recommendations that drive measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and validate quantitative models that support strategic decision-making and risk assessment
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical frameworks
• Document methodologies, assumptions, and findings to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and compliance standards
• Mentor and develop junior analysts while elevating team analytical capabilities and best practices
• Evaluate emerging analytical techniques and industry methodologies to enhance analytical approaches

What We're Looking For

• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, economics, physics, or engineering
• Demonstrated expertise developing financial, risk, or business models in a professional environment
• Strong proficiency with analytical programming languages and tools such as Python, R, SQL, or equivalent platforms
• Solid foundation in statistical methods, financial modeling, and analytical problem-solving
• Excellent communication abilities with the capacity to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Proven leadership experience and ability to guide projects and mentor team members
