What You'll Do

• Greet and engage walk-in clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable U.S. Bank products and services
• Open and maintain deposit accounts, process loan applications, and service existing accounts accurately and compliantly
• Identify relationship-deepening opportunities through consultative conversations and warm referrals to product specialists
• Handle routine branch transactions — including deposits, withdrawals, and payments — with precision and professionalism
• Contribute to branch performance by meeting individual service and sales benchmarks
• Foster long-term client loyalty through consistent, personalized interactions in the Louisville/Shively area
• Follow all applicable banking regulations, internal compliance standards, and security protocols

What We're Looking For
