About the Role

As an Online Order Filling Team Supervisor, you'll lead a crew of associates dedicated to picking, packing, and staging customer orders placed through Walmart's online grocery and merchandise platforms. You'll keep fulfillment running smoothly, maintain high accuracy standards, and build a team that shoppers can count on every shift.

Hourly pay ranges from $19 to $32, meeting or exceeding applicable minimum wage requirements for this location. Eligible associates may also receive annual or quarterly performance incentives, plus shift or facility-based pay premiums between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour depending on assignment specifics.

What You'll Do

• Direct and coordinate a team of online order fillers across assigned shifts to meet volume and accuracy targets
• Monitor order queues, prioritize pick lists, and adjust labor deployment as demand fluctuates throughout the day
• Train new associates on picking procedures, substitution guidelines, and safe equipment operation
• Conduct performance coaching, provide real-time feedback, and document associate development
• Oversee staging areas to ensure orders are ready for customer pickup on schedule
• Partner with store management to communicate fulfillment metrics, flag operational issues, and implement process improvements
• Enforce Walmart's food safety, product handling, and workplace safety standards at all times
