What This Role Involves
The role of a Client Delivery Manager at Constantinople involves orchestrating the technical delivery management of client onboarding onto our platform. You will be responsible for creating a scalable playbook and framework to run future client delivery programs, leading teams in executing client configuration and deployment activities, and working cohesively with clients as well as product, engineering, legal, compliance, service & operations teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Leading the end-to-end client implementation process by setting up banking configurations across clients.
- Driving decisions with client stakeholders and outlining timelines/delivery plans.
- Serving as a coordination point for working level teams, both within Constantinople and at our clients.
- Adapting to the dynamic nature of life in a startup environment.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record in client delivery management or similar roles.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex processes effectively.
