About the Role

In this remote position, you'll investigate and manage commercial trucking bodily injury claims from initial report through fair resolution. Your decisions and analysis will directly impact claimants during critical moments, requiring both careful investigation and compassionate communication.

What You'll Do

• Investigate commercial trucking bodily injury claims, gathering and reviewing police reports, medical records, and supporting documentation
• Determine liability, assess injury severity, and evaluate damages to support accurate claim valuations
• Communicate professionally with claimants, medical providers, insureds, and other stakeholders throughout the claims lifecycle
• Maintain comprehensive claim files and documentation in full compliance with state regulations and company standards
• Manage an independent caseload while meeting productivity targets and quality benchmarks
• Apply critical thinking to complex liability and causation issues in trucking incidents
