About the Role

As a Crew Member at our Hope Valley McDonald's location, you'll be the backbone of our restaurant operations. Full-time Crew Members work alongside a dedicated team to deliver excellent customer service, prepare quality food, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for our guests.

What You'll Do

• Take customer orders and process transactions accurately and quickly
• Prepare food items according to McDonald's quality standards and recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety protocols throughout your shift
• Work collaboratively with team members to manage peak service times
• Stock supplies and restock stations as needed
• Provide friendly, attentive service to every customer
