About the Role

Essie Justice Group is seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. In this part-time position, you'll play a vital role in supporting our community members by providing professional childcare services, enabling parents and guardians to participate fully in our programs and activities.

What You'll Do

• Provide safe, nurturing supervision and care for children in our facility
• Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe childcare environments
• Communicate with parents and guardians about children's activities and well-being
• Follow established childcare protocols and health and safety guidelines
• Support Essie Justice Group's mission by creating a welcoming space for our community

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children and commitment to child development and safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and responsive in dynamic environments
• Reliability and flexibility to work a part-time schedule
• Passion for supporting our community and contributing to meaningful work
• First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain it
