What This Role Involves

At Sur La Table, you'll be the in-store expert and advocate for all things savory cooking. You will deliver exceptional culinary experiences focused on hands-on classes that inspire a love for cooking while driving sales of cookware, cutlery, and kitchen tools. Your role involves creating memorable, educational experiences that reflect our passion for food, teaching, and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sur La Table’s brand and culture by delivering exceptional in-store culinary experiences focused on savory cooking classes.
• Communicate technical cooking concepts and savory techniques in a clear, encouraging, and approachable manner to inspire repeat visits and customer loyalty.
• Fulfill the company-wide standard for excellence in service (bestincenter) by sharing specialized knowledge in culinary techniques, cooking fundamentals, and personalized instruction.

What You Bring

We are looking for someone with a passion for savory cooking and teaching. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively. A background in culinary arts or related field is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver engaging, hands-on classes that inspire confidence in our customers.
