About This Position
We are seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to join our team at InstaSwim LLC. As a Private Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swim lessons in clients' private homes or community pools within your designated area.
- Teach individual or small group swimming lessons
- Create personalized lesson plans based on client needs and goals
- Maintain a positive, encouraging environment to ensure student safety and enjoyment
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding progress and feedback
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Selecting clients based on your availability and preferences
- Scheduling lessons according to client needs, ensuring a flexible work schedule
- Earning payment within 24 hours of each lesson completion
- Providing high-quality instruction that meets or exceeds industry standards
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a valid CPR and First Aid certification
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching private swim lessons
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
