As a Part-Time Swim Instructor at Emler Swim School, you'll lead swim lessons for children of varying ages and abilities. What You'll Do

• Teach swimming fundamentals and water safety to students across multiple skill levels
• Deliver personalized instruction tailored to each child's age, ability, and learning style
• Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere that builds student confidence and comfort in water
• Track student progress and share updates with families
• Maintain facility safety standards and follow all instructional protocols
• Collaborate with team members to support school operations

What We're Looking For

• Experience teaching or coaching swimmers, or strong personal swimming ability
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and commitment to water safety
• Clear communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods
• Reliability and professional approach to part-time scheduling
• CPR and water safety certifications (or willingness to obtain them)
