Kitchen Assistant - Cscgeneration-2 - Lake Grove, New York

Position Summary

At Sur La Table, we offer an unparalleled selection of premium kitchen and tableware along with the culinary expertise to inspire your cooking journey. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences through support of our chefs, engagement with guests, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment. This position is part-time and requires no remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Sur La Table’s brand and culture by creating memorable, educational experiences that inspire repeat visits and customer loyalty.
  • Maintains expertise by staying current on products, actively engaging in available training, and independently seeking out additional resources.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience by leading a Guest Obsessed culture in both the kitchen and retail sales floor.
  • Assist chefs with class execution that drives repeat visits and positive feedback from guests.
