Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Swim Instructor to join our team at Aqua-Tots Swim School. This role is part-time with flexible availability required, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Instruct students of all ages in swimming techniques and water safety skills
- Ensure a safe learning environment for all participants
- Educate on proper pool etiquette and rules
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
- Provide positive reinforcement and encouragement to students
What You Bring
- WSI certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Prior experience in teaching swimming or water safety is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire students
