Position Summary

We are seeking Mindfulness Instructors to guide individuals through their mindfulness journey, offering personalized sessions and support for students of all experience levels. Our goal is to enhance well-being, reduce stress, and foster greater self-awareness.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Deliver customized mindfulness sessions tailored to each student's needs and goals.
• Instruct on mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises, relaxation methods, and meditation practices.
• Create personalized exercises to promote well-being, focus, and emotional balance.
• Monitor students' progress and adjust sessions accordingly to support their development.

What We're Looking For

• Training or experience in Mindfulness, Meditation, or a related field. No previous teaching experience required.
• Outstanding communication and coaching skills.
• A genuine passion for helping others improve their well-being and personal growth.
