About the Role
As a full-time CNA Caregiver with bilingual capabilities, you'll deliver essential personal care and support to clients in their homes. This role combines hands-on caregiving with genuine connection, allowing you to make a meaningful difference in clients' daily lives while working with trusted colleagues in a supportive environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Help with light household tasks and meal preparation
- Support clients with medication reminders and appointments
- Monitor and report on clients' health and well-being
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
What We're Looking For
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Fluent in English and at least one additional language
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED
- Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Physical ability to perform hands-on caregiving tasks
