This full-time Centre Director position with Goodstart Early Learning places you at the helm of an early learning centre in Aspley, Brisbane. You will drive operational success while championing high-quality education and care that prioritises children’s developmental progress and family engagement in a welcoming community environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Direct the overall running of the centre to maintain smooth daily operations and a safe learning atmosphere
• Guide and support educators in planning and delivering effective early childhood programs aligned with best practices
• Monitor adherence to national quality standards and relevant early learning regulations
• Foster positive relationships with families through clear communication and collaborative involvement
• Oversee resource allocation, team coordination and continuous improvement initiatives for better child outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated leadership background within early childhood education environments
• Appropriate qualifications in early childhood education or a closely related teaching field
• Solid knowledge of quality frameworks and compliance obligations for early learning centres
