About the Role

We're hiring experienced CDL A drivers to run regional routes across a five-state network including Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah. You'll operate modern equipment on consistent freight lanes designed to keep you profitable and home when you need to be.

What You'll Do

  • Safely transport freight across our multi-state service territory
  • Maintain your vehicle and conduct pre- and post-trip inspections
  • Meet delivery schedules while adhering to all safety and DOT regulations
  • Communicate professionally with dispatchers and customers
  • Keep accurate logs and documentation for all trips

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A) with a clean driving record
  • Regional trucking experience preferred
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a driver-first mindset
  • Ability to work flexible schedules as required for regional routes

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting pay: 54 cents per mile (CPM) with performance bonuses up to 59.5 CPM
  • Layover pay: $75 per 24-hour period when applicable
  • Consistent freight and regional routes designed for predictability
