About This Position

Hill Bros. is currently seeking experienced CDL-A Company Drivers for our regional routes in Hastings, Michigan. This role offers competitive pay ranging from $88,000 to $97,000 annually with the potential to earn more through additional miles driven and staying out longer. The position includes a home weekly schedule with 2,200 to 2,800 miles per week, running for 6 to 8 days each week before taking your 34- or 48-hour rest period at home.

Key benefits include:

• New pay raise of $0.65 CPM
• $0.06 per mile production bonus
• $0.01 safety bonus

Core Duties

The primary responsibilities include:

• Pickup and delivery of goods within the regional route
• Maintaining a safe driving record and adhering to all traffic laws
• Performing pre- and post-trip inspections on the vehicle
• Handling customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency

Requirements

To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Held a valid CDL-A license for at least 6 months
• Able to pass pre-employment drug tests and background checks
• Good driving record with no major traffic violations in the past year
• Possess strong communication skills and customer service orientation
