Helen Ross McNabb Center is actively hiring case managers and counselors at the bachelor's degree level to support clients across the region. You'll work directly with individuals and families, providing comprehensive assessment, care coordination, and counseling services designed to improve quality of life and promote recovery. This role is essential to our mission of advancing mental health and wellbeing throughout our community.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs, strengths, and personal goals
• Develop and implement individualized service plans in partnership with each client
• Coordinate care across multiple providers and connect clients to community resources and treatment services
• Provide supportive counseling, guidance, and crisis response when needed
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of client interactions and progress
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, social services agencies, and community organizations
• Advocate for clients' rights and support them through transitions and recovery
