About the Role

As Staff Accountant at our Minneapolis location, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the financial health and reporting integrity of our organization. What You'll Do

• Manage and analyze comprehensive financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Oversee inventory accounting and production costing processes, translating operational activity into reliable financial information
• Prepare detailed financial reports that support management analysis and strategic planning
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies to maintain data integrity
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Coordinate with operational teams to gather and verify financial documentation

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, or cost accounting
• Strong proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of GAAP principles and manufacturing or inventory accounting
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
