Role Overview

As a Case Manager Aide, you'll work alongside case managers and clinical staff to deliver direct support services to clients and their families. Core Duties

• Assist case managers and clinicians with day-to-day client support activities and services
• Provide direct support to clients and families in accessing behavioral health resources
• Coordinate client appointments, activities, and service referrals as assigned
• Maintain accurate documentation and client records under supervisor direction
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members to ensure consistent client care
• Support clients with skills development and activities that promote independence and wellbeing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work respectfully with diverse populations in a team setting
• Demonstrated compassion for individuals with behavioral health needs
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to follow organizational policies and procedures and complete required training
