Role Overview

The Business Strategy Senior Consultant position at Deloitte in Highland Park, Texas offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and transformation of our clients. As part of the Strategy & Transactions team, you will be involved in guiding clients through critical moments and significant initiatives, providing comprehensive end-to-end support and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Conducting detailed analysis and research to inform strategic decisions for clients
• Developing valuation models, cost optimization strategies, and business transformation plans
• Supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes through due diligence and integration planning
• Assisting in the design of sustainable business practices and infrastructure solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality advisory services

Who We're Looking For

• Strong analytical skills with experience in strategic consulting or a related field
• Proven ability to lead and contribute to complex projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
• Demonstrated expertise in areas such as valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, M&A, and sustainability
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting or a related field
