Your role bridges strategy development and execution, ensuring clients move confidently from insight to implementation.

What You'll Do

• Lead client engagements across valuation modeling, cost structure optimization, and organizational restructuring
• Support merger and acquisition evaluations, due diligence assessments, and integration planning
• Develop business design and transformation roadmaps addressing infrastructure, real estate, and operational improvements
• Analyze market dynamics and competitive positioning to inform client strategy decisions
• Build financial models, impact analyses, and strategic recommendations tailored to client priorities
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across Deloitte practices to deliver integrated solutions
• Engage with C-suite executives and boards to present findings and secure buy-in on strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, consulting, or related field; advanced degree a plus
• 5+ years of management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or related business advisory experience
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, business case development, and quantitative analysis
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and lead cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills; ability to translate complex strategies into clear, actionable insights
• Strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture while executing on details
• Willingness to travel as project demands require
