As a Business Banking Senior Relationship Manager I, you'll manage an assigned portfolio of loan and deposit relationships with small business clients throughout Arlington, Virginia and surrounding areas. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with small business clients, understanding their financial needs and growth opportunities
- Identify and solicit new business opportunities within your assigned territory in Arlington and the surrounding region
- Analyze client financial information and evaluate credit risk to support lending decisions
- Manage loan and deposit relationships, ensuring clients receive excellent ongoing service
- Recommend M&T Bank products and services that address client business needs, including treasury management solutions, lending options, and deposit products
- Work collaboratively with branch partners to deliver comprehensive banking solutions and identify cross-sell opportunities
