About the Role

As General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from opening to closing and everything in between. You'll create a welcoming environment where both team members and guests feel valued, manage profitability and operational efficiency, and represent Bojangles' commitment to quality and hospitality in the Carthage community.

What You'll Do

• Direct front-of-house and kitchen operations to consistently meet brand standards and customer expectations
• Hire, train, develop, and motivate a team of crew members across all shifts
• Manage scheduling to ensure adequate staffing for morning, evening, and weekend service
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and preparation standards in compliance with health regulations
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage cash handling procedures
• Drive profitability through effective P&L management and financial accountability
• Build relationships with local customers and represent the Bojangles brand in the Carthage area
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
