About the Role

As an Analista de Vendas Consultivas – Engenharia Civil e Arquitetura, you will run consultative sales conversations with inbound leads who already know Vobi, uncover what each business truly needs, and guide them confidently toward closing. You'll be a key voice in helping construction professionals discover how technology can simplify their projects and grow their companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead consultative sales with warm inbound leads, mapping each client's needs and owning the journey to close.
  • Manage and track prospects throughout the sales funnel while monitoring performance.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and follow up on proposals.
  • Support the Marketing and Product teams by gathering prospect feedback and testing ways to lift conversion.
  • Engage potential clients across WhatsApp, email, chat, and other channels, following up consistently to convert them.
  • Collaborate with the team to hit shared sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • A curious, investigative mindset for solving problems.
  • Empathy to understand and guide clients effectively.
  • Strong organization and time-management abilities.
  • Prior experience in sales.
  • A collaborative spirit and flexibility as the role evolves.
  • Experience with SaaS (a plus).
  • Background in the construction industry (desirable).
