Automotive Service Advisor – Group 1 Ford/Lincoln of Hub City

As an Automotive Service Advisor at Group 1 Ford/Lincoln of Hub City in Wolfforth, Texas, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our service team—helping vehicle owners understand their maintenance and repair needs while building lasting relationships that keep them coming back.

• Schedule service appointments efficiently and manage follow-up communications
• Process payments and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
• Build customer loyalty by providing consistent, professional service and addressing concerns promptly
• Keep records organized and maintain knowledge of current vehicle maintenance and repair best practices

Who We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proven customer service experience, ideally in automotive or retail environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a service team in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Basic automotive knowledge or willingness to develop expertise on the job
