About the Role

We're seeking an organized and customer-focused Service Advisor to be the primary contact between our Chevrolet service department and our valued clients. You'll manage the complete service journey—from initial consultation through job completion and follow-up—ensuring every customer receives professional guidance and transparent communication about their vehicle needs.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
• Inspect vehicles with technicians and prepare detailed service estimates and repair recommendations
• Schedule appointments efficiently and manage the service calendar
• Explain recommended services and maintenance to customers in clear, jargon-free language
• Document service histories and maintain accurate customer records in our dealership management system
• Coordinate between customers and service technicians to ensure smooth job completion
• Follow up with customers after service to confirm satisfaction
• Maintain current knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles, service offerings, and maintenance schedules

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in automotive or dealership environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and schedules simultaneously
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning dealership software systems
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license
