Automotive Service Advisor

The Hertz Corporation is hiring a full-time Automotive Service Advisor in Archer, Laramie County. In this role, you'll coordinate vehicle repairs and fleet maintenance, ensuring our rental vehicles remain in top condition and our service operations run smoothly.

About the Role

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you'll serve as the liaison between The Hertz Corporation's fleet operations and our authorized service vendors. You'll manage repair requests, oversee vendor performance, and ensure that all repairs meet our quality standards and budgeted costs.

What You'll Do

• Review and prioritize vehicle repair requests across our diverse fleet
• Coordinate with service vendors to schedule repairs at agreed-upon pricing and specifications
• Monitor repair progress and quality assurance to ensure work standards are met
• Track expenses and vendor performance to optimize our maintenance budget and processes
• Communicate repair status and timelines with internal teams and vendors

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in automotive service, fleet maintenance, or vendor coordination
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Strong capability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible hours: Monday–Friday 4:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. and Saturday–Sunday 4:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Problem-solving skills and a commitment to operational excellence

Position Details

Full-time position based in Archer, Laramie County. Hourly rate: $25. This position remains open until filled.
