About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager at our Oklahoma City location, you'll support all aspects of daily store operations while working toward expanded responsibility. You'll partner with your Store Manager to create an engaging retail environment that reflects our relaxed, modern bohemian aesthetic and California-inspired vision. Your focus will be operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and building a high-performing store team.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and supervise store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Drive sales performance through visual merchandising, product displays, and strategic promotions
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and merchandise organization to optimize the customer journey
• Handle cash reconciliation, loss prevention, and security protocols
• Open and close the store, ensuring all operational and brand standards are consistently met
• Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and foster positive relationships
• Support recruiting, training, and ongoing team member development
• Execute company policies and maintain brand integrity throughout the store

What We're Looking For

• 1–2+ years of retail management experience in a supervisory or assistant management role
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams effectively
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and retail operations management
• Genuine interest in fashion, design, or bohemian lifestyle aesthetics
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
