Assistant Community Manager (Multifamily & Affordable Housing)

About the Role

In this position, you'll partner with the Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our apartment community. You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple departments—from leasing and resident relations to accounting and administrative support—making you a critical player in delivering excellent service and maintaining smooth property operations.

What You'll Do

• Assist with leasing activities including property tours, lease documentation, and move-in procedures
• Handle administrative responsibilities including file management, data entry, and record maintenance
• Support accounting and bookkeeping functions such as payment processing, ledger updates, and financial tracking
• Respond to resident requests, coordinate maintenance and service issues, and track resolution timelines
• Foster positive resident relationships through professional communication and responsive problem-solving
• Contribute to community events and initiatives that enhance resident experience
• Help enforce community policies and lease terms fairly and consistently
