Assistant Community Manager – Mix Income Experience Preferred !

Ahp Management Corp is hiring a full-time Assistant Community Manager in Hapeville, Fulton County, Georgia — a hands-on role for a people-focused professional, with experience in mixed-income housing strongly preferred.

About the Role

As the Assistant Community Manager, you will partner directly with the Community Manager to keep one of our apartment communities running smoothly from day to day. Reporting to the Community Manager, you'll wear many hats across administration, leasing, accounting, resident services, and on-site operations, helping create a community where residents are proud to live. This is an on-site position based in Hapeville, Fulton County.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in coordinating the daily operations of the apartment community.
• Handle administrative duties, recordkeeping, and general office support.
• Assist with leasing activities, from greeting prospective renters to processing applications.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records, including rent collection and reporting.
• Build positive resident relations and respond promptly to questions, requests, and concerns.
• Coordinate with service and maintenance teams to keep the property in excellent condition.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in property management or a closely related field.
• Background working with mixed-income communities is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling administrative, leasing, and accounting tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills for working with residents and prospects.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced on-site environment.
