What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of Business Relationship Managers, fostering professional growth, accountability, and success
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand JPMorgan Chase's market presence in the Peoria region
• Deepen and maintain key client relationships, positioning JPMorgan Chase as the primary banking partner
• Coach and mentor team members on relationship-building, sales strategies, and client service excellence
