District Medical Group is hiring a full-time Associate Division Administrator in Phoenix, Maricopa County to support the operational and administrative functions of one of Arizona's leading multi-specialty medical organizations.
About This Position
As an Associate Division Administrator, you'll play a vital part in keeping one of our clinical divisions running smoothly. You'll work directly with division leadership to handle the scheduling, communications, and administrative coordination that keep patient care moving forward. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a healthcare environment and wants to make an immediate impact behind the scenes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination for division leadership and clinical teams
- Prepare and maintain administrative records, documentation, and reports
- Serve as a liaison between the division and other departments within District Medical Group
- Handle data entry, database management, and information organization
- Process administrative requests and support scheduling for clinical staff
- Respond to inquiries and provide administrative support to division personnel
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic scheduling systems
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Familiarity with medical terminology a plus
