Step into a role where revenue operations meets cutting-edge automation: incident.io is hiring a remote GTM Systems & AI Architect to reimagine how a fast-scaling company builds pipeline and grows revenue.

About the Role

As GTM Systems & AI Architect at incident.io, you'll transform our go-to-market operations from a conventional systems function into an intelligent, AI-driven engine. We approach our GTM stack as a product, treat our revenue teams as the users we serve, and lean on automation as the first answer to problems that once demanded manual effort. Partnering with GTM leaders and Applied AI engineers, you'll architect the systems, workflows, and intelligence layer behind how we generate pipeline and scale. Do this well, and you'll shape the long-term direction of GTM systems here—and grow a team beneath you. This is a full-time, remote position connected to our San Francisco base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of our AI-powered GTM tech stack—CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and agent orchestration—keeping it streamlined, well-integrated, and tied to revenue strategy.
  • Hunt down and remove repetitive manual work across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success by charting workflows and automating tasks like prospect research, signal detection, and outreach prep.
  • Embed AI directly into daily tools, delivering timely signals, recommendations, and next actions where teams already work.
  • Build and ship AI agents and automation that help revenue teams prioritize outreach, create pipeline, and respond to customer signals.
  • Run the GTM stack like a product—launching experiments, building feedback loops, and steadily lifting productivity across the org.
  • Make smart build-versus-buy calls that weigh speed, reliability, and lasting leverage.

Qualifications

  • A maker's instinct, with a track record of crafting automation or AI workflows in revenue, growth, or GTM settings.
  • Hands-on technical ability to integrate systems, construct workflows, and operate modern GTM and automation tooling.
  • A product orientation centered on user needs, feedback loops, and measurable gains over one-time setups.
  • Entrepreneurial drive to set direction, act fast, and deliver independently.
  • Sound judgment on when custom builds add leverage versus when off-the-shelf tools win.
  • Clear communication across revenue leaders, operators, and engineers.
