About the Role

We are seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to co-found and scale their own startups in the field of Applied AI. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside serial entrepreneurs like Paul Müller (founder Adjust, €1.2B exit) and Petter Made (founder SumUp, €8B), who are committed to supporting outlier personalities and serial entrepreneurs in building multi-billion dollar companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Owning, building, and running your startup within the Applied AI domain
• Embarking on a comprehensive personal development journey designed by unicorn founders
• Receiving support in hiring through access to our extensive network of over 50,000 professionals
• Iterating your product with us until reaching product-market-fit and receiving guidance for building up sales or marketing efforts
• Undergoing intensive coaching to prepare your startup for raising millions in funding

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field, or equivalent experience
• Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation
• Ambition and drive to build a successful startup from scratch
• Experience in Applied AI is beneficial but not mandatory

Your role will come with a competitive salary while you build your startup, or the option for up to €500k in funding.
