What This Role Involves

This is a genuinely varied admin role with significant growth potential. As an Administration Officer for Procurement, you will be the organisational backbone of our Procurement Team, ensuring that supplier records, pricing information, and rebate claims are accurate and up to date across the Group. Your responsibilities include calculating and processing supplier rebate claims, updating pricebooks, and maintaining detailed records.

Core Duties

• Calculate and process supplier rebate claims accurately and efficiently
• Update and maintain supplier records and pricing information
• Ensure all rebate claims are accurate and up to date across the Group
• Support the Procurement Team with administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• A proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in administrative roles within a similar industry is advantageous but not mandatory
