Leman Academy of Excellence is seeking a dedicated 3rd-5th Grade Teacher *POOL*: Stroh Campus: 2026/2027 SY for a full‑time position in Parker, Douglas County.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the academy’s classical curriculum for third, fourth, or fifth grade students.
• Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing timely feedback to support growth.
• Foster a respectful, orderly classroom environment that encourages intellectual curiosity and character development.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding academic performance, behavior, and school events.
• Collaborate with grade‑level teams and specialists to integrate cross‑disciplinary projects and enrichment activities.
• Participate in professional development, faculty meetings, and school‑wide initiatives that promote continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in education or a related subject; a valid Colorado teaching license for elementary grades.
• Demonstrated experience teaching students in the 3rd‑5th grade range, preferably within a classical or liberal‑arts setting.
• Strong knowledge of core subjects (reading, writing, mathematics, science, history) and the ability to present them through a classical lens.
• Effective classroom management skills and a commitment to nurturing both academic excellence and personal virtue.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build partnerships with families and colleagues.
• A passion for lifelong learning and a willingness to engage in the academy’s ongoing professional growth opportunities for teacher development.
