What You'll Do
- Assist special education teachers in delivering differentiated instruction and targeted support to elementary students
- Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and classroom accommodations designed for each learner
- Support student engagement, behavior management, and social-emotional development
- Build positive, respectful relationships with students, families, and school staff
- Maintain organized, welcoming classroom spaces that encourage learning and independence
- Collaborate as a valued member of the special education team to meet diverse student needs
