About the Role
As a Breakthrough Paraprofessional (PreK-2) at Mary Harris, you will assist a classroom teacher in guiding young students through their earliest school years. This full-time, on-site position with Crowley ISD places you at the heart of the Breakthrough School campus, where you'll help create a nurturing, structured setting for children in PreK through 2nd grade. The anticipated start date is July 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Support classroom instruction under the direct supervision of a certified teacher.
- Work hands-on with PreK-2 students to reinforce lessons and learning goals.
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and encouraging campus environment.
- Assist with daily classroom routines and the individual needs of young learners.
Qualifications
- An Associate's degree, or completion of at least 48 hours of college coursework.
