Key Responsibilities

• Compile and prepare meeting materials and information packets for School Committee members ahead of each session.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate district needs and committee timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative or executive assistant experience, ideally within a school district or public-sector setting.
• A high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail when preparing documents and records.
