About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team at Curana Health, Inc., a national leader in value-based care. This role is crucial for expanding our network of senior living communities and skilled nursing facilities by identifying new business opportunities and fostering partnerships that align with our mission.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue potential clients within the healthcare industry, including senior living communities and skilled nursing facilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Promote our wide range of value-based care solutions, such as on-site primary care services, Accountable Care Organizations, and Medicare Advantage plans
- Prepare and deliver presentations that effectively communicate the benefits of Curana Health's offerings to potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the healthcare industry
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
