About the Role
Join CBRE’s Global Litigation team as a Senior Litigation Counsel based in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide). In this role, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of claims, litigation, and regulatory matters across Asia under the general direction of and as part of the Global Litigation team.
Responsibilities
- Handle claims, litigation, and regulatory matters across Asia
- Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on a wide range of issues related to litigation and dispute resolution
- Develop and implement strategies for managing litigation risks
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments affecting the company’s operations in Asia
What You Bring
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as a litigation attorney, preferably with experience in handling complex commercial disputes and regulatory matters
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize work effectively
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide clear, concise legal advice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner
- A law degree from an accredited institution and admission to practice law in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) or another relevant jurisdiction
