The Opportunity

Kaizen Stackup is seeking a highly skilled IP Litigation Associate to join their top-tier law firm with a nationally recognized intellectual property litigation practice. This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $200,000-$260,000 along with full benefits.

Core Duties

• Handle complex IP litigation matters in federal and state courts.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of case law and statutes.
• Collaborate with partners and other associates on strategic litigation plans.
• Represent clients at pre-trial hearings and trials as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in IP litigation, preferably within a law firm setting.
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
