Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join our client's growing team at a highly regarded boutique litigation firm. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment where they can handle complex civil litigation matters with strategic mentorship and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and manage a wide range of civil litigation cases, including pre-trial motions, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Work closely with partners and other associates to develop legal strategies for clients.
• Prepare written pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct thorough research on relevant laws, regulations, and case law.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and mediations as needed.

What You Bring

• A J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in the state of California or eligibility for reciprocal admission.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably with a focus on complex cases.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• A proven ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
