Position Summary

We are seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join our dynamic and client-focused Dispute Resolution team based at Christchurch, New Zealand (nationwide) (nationwide). This role offers the opportunity to be part of an established and successful practice within Elite Touch Group's network.

Key Responsibilities

• To handle complex litigation cases in a professional and efficient manner.
• To provide legal advice and support to clients on various disputes and litigation matters.
• To prepare and present arguments, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• To manage client expectations and maintain effective communication with them throughout the case.
• To work collaboratively within a team environment while also independently handling cases as required.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a Litigation Solicitor who has a strong background in dispute resolution, litigation, and advocacy. You should have the ability to handle complex legal matters with professionalism and attention to detail. A solid understanding of New Zealand (nationwide) (nationwide) law is essential, along with excellent communication skills.
