About This Position
We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Centre Manager to take ownership of a diverse, high-performing retail portfolio within our respected QLD Retail Property Management team. You will be based on-site at Newmarket V… in the heart of Brisbane CBD.
What You'll Do
- Manage a prime retail portfolio with a focus on hybrid/flex work arrangements
- Elevate tenant and stakeholder relationships to drive performance and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall performance of the retail spaces
- Monitor financial metrics and KPIs to ensure optimal portfolio performance
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Centre Manager or equivalent role within the retail property management industry
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage diverse teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Adept at managing multiple priorities and delivering results under pressure
- Familiarity with retail property management software and systems
