About the Role

As a CBRE Health, Safety and Environment Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs for small to medium-sized clients. This role is part of the Environment Health and Safety function. You are tasked with developing organizational programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety within the organization
• Create and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and manage hazards in the workplace
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Provide training and support to employees on health, safety, and environmental matters
• Monitor and report on health, safety, and environmental performance metrics

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record in Health, Safety, and Environment management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience working with small to medium-sized clients
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards
• Ability to develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental programs
• A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
