Role Overview

At Coregas, we are committed to shaping the future of gases in Australia and New Zealand. As a HSE Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees while supporting the safe operation of our facilities.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification in all areas of the business to prevent accidents and incidents.
• Oversee incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are taken to prevent recurrence.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of HSE activities, including audits, inspections, and compliance reports.

Requirements

• A degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HSE management role within the gas industry or a similar high-risk environment.
• Strong knowledge of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver's license is required due to frequent site visits.
